Porridge made with non-dairy milk gives a cleaner release. Makes me think that’s also happening on the inside of me too. Even if it isn’t.
Before Rough Stuff, I mixed that morning’s oats with some matcha green protein shake powder and linseed. The just-about-to-bloorf! sensation didn’t leave me until a good 30 miles in. -

Todays breakfast.
- Oats
- Blueberries
- Dryed raspberries and banana flakes
- Cashewnuts
- Almond milk
- A tablespoon Apple Sauce
- Cinnamon (I like Cinnamon)

Bit late but FYI mornflake actually sell steel cut oats but it's labelled as coarse oatmeal. You can find it on Ocado or Waitrose (probably other places too). It's my preferred option too.

What are you doing in my house...? A scene that is all too familiar.
Also left over porridge store it in a jar and let it accumulate over a few days. Then bake into bars for ride snacks or toddler snacks. Waste not want not etc...
