I just measured one; it's 130cm x 15cm, and yes, long enough to wear under a jersey and cover your chest. I carry one in my commuter bag with a city windjacket, to do this if the temp drops
....I haven't tried under a jersey, but people here have, and report positively. Obvs, there's the chance of a centre-front gap and cover not as high as regular Burner, but from my experience, definitely effective. Will check in for more definite info.
