One would take a wild guess that there will be a CHPT3 version soon too XD

I've been buying bits in preparation for brompton on c2w... Will the bromtification seat post and ti hinge fit the 4 spd still? Whoops :/
-
• #10504
Think you’re probably fine. The frame is the same as the other bikes.
-
• #10505
The main frames, maybe.
-
• #10506
Yep. Rear frame and suspension block is completely new but the steel stuff is the same.
-
• #10507
That’s good to know. Same hinge as always to service.
-
• #10508
Deleted, I completely misunderstood what you meant by steel stuff
-
• #10509
You’re correct, it even have a hanger.
-
• #10510
It's good BUT yeah as many has already mentioned, I suspect the shifter AND deraileur might be an issue.

Anyone have an old front basket bag they're looking to sell? - think it's now called borough basket bag but looks like this
-
• #10512
just buy my game bag up thread ;)
-
• #10513
A bit out my budget, pricing as new to suit those who might actually need a bag for putting their game in. Guess the Labrador would run along beside

• #10514
I might do, let me look.

Liking the look of the the new p line with 4 speed derailleur.

Cheers, condition doesn’t matter that much if it still is fully functional it’s for lugging shopping around
-
• #10517
That’s one improvement, hardly any of the new bits can be retrofitted which with the complete lack of availability is BS
-
• #10518
So the P-line rear triangle now won't take an SA hub, right? Guess that puts the kibosh on my plans to one day upgrade my M6 to an M6-X.
-
• #10519
I reckon you can still fit a 3 speed; I’m sure they left the 3 speed cable guide on the seatstay… let me find it

4 speed hub will be a different width no?
-
• #10521
Nope!
-
• #10522
Hmmm.
Anyway, anyone got a seat clamp not brazed to a frame?
I’ve been given a frameset but someone has removed the seat clamp for some reason. Think I can fabricate over but if anyone has one it’d be a lot easier.

Yes the mount for the IGH tensioner is still there.

• #10524
