To some extent, there's a thread for that, but the answer is yes, but you might struggle to find somebody to do just one or two at a price that's worthwhile compared with just buying new brakes.

Not sure where to put this, but would a local machinist be able to make a small direct mount rim brake calliper adapter if I brought them the technical diagram?
I need a small adapter to make the brakes work with my frame, but Cane Creek no longer make it and it seems to be out of stock everywhere in the world. They did however send me the technical diagram with angles, measurements, thread pitches etc
