We had trouble getting rid of ours and there was loads. Found someone in the end who said they'd pay if there was enough, there wasn't enough get to paid but getting rid was payment enough.

Indeed. I think you'll be struggling to find someone to collect those. I had a load of zirconium tubing which EMR in Wandsworth took off my hands. Kept the workshop in biscuits for a month or two.

Is there a traveller's site nearby? They are usually happy to collect scrap. Check gumtree etc, sometimes someone on a local site will come and collect it (this is certainly true in Bristol).

If it is sufficiently high value and you have a large enough quantity, I would've thought most metal re-cyclers would be interested. What have you got?
