Tempory fix for riding with a buddy (strong gaffa), been meaning to fix properly but had just been commuting on the recently acquired bike.
Yep I normally loop the webbing straps through the rack on my old SuperC to tie the bag down securely) but the RSF longflap has been made with much shorter adjustment avail (presumably because of the longflap) so a bungee seemed sensible when fully extended.
