He didn't actually try to turn towards the apex of the corner and looked in his mirror at Lewis whilst doing it. Slam dunk for me.

He does, but because of his entry angle the apex comes too early. From then on, he's drifting outwards, trying to balance his speed (too much) with his grip (too little) without losing control. That doesn't mean it's not a dick move btw; I suspect he's gone in knowingly too hot with the intention to move Lewis outwards.
It's pretty similar to the Silverstone incident with role reversal, except it doesn't end with Lewis hitting a tyre wall.

Doesn't open it up, but doesn't really turn in properly either.
Outbraked Lewis, but was too fast to be able to make the corner without spinning or at least going a bit sideways.
