So apparently Massi is now saying Max should have been penalised.
If he did say this it's pretty much an admission that they fucked up, right?
If they had any doubt over whether the incident needed investigation, they could have just flagged it as needing investigation, then actually investigated it properly, in real time or after the race.

Very much this, surprised they deemed no investigation necessary without even seeing the onboards. Looking forward to hearing the reasoning behind that.

So apparently Massi is now saying Max should have been penalised. It obviously didn't affect who won, but I do wonder if Mercedes knew that Max would have 5 seconds taken off whether Bottas would have attempted to get close enough to steal second.
