The first time we put an offer in the agent said there would be 2 rounds of offers, I asked them if anyone else in the inital round was chain free, they said to me with a straight face:
"I cannot disclose the details of the other offers, but I can tell you that I have personally recieved one chain free offer"
Yes you dolt, that was me when we spoke earlier...
