I think the skull protrudes upwards too much, so will make a 2nd version (3d printing is great for this kind of iteration) which sits lower, but I can also round off the beak a bit more too.
I really don't think it's anything to worry about. More a question of curiosity for me. I've never heard of anybody getting in trouble for that sort of thing unless they've smashed it into somebody's face first.
