My advice would be to have the bar ends pointing towards the seat stay bridge and then position the shifters so that there's a nice flat transition from bar to hood.

Aye I know, set them up and got the tape on, few rides in needed adjusting but I'm yet to be fucked taking it all off again so a wee tilt for now which is comfortable....probably until March tbh.

Thanks for the advice but would have preferred abuse :(
