New concept, mudguard gravel. Gravel that can be ridden with full mudguards. Accept nothing less.

Problems you get is clogging, or worst solid stuff stuck up that throws you over the bars (been there)

This is what I'm talking about though, that isn't mudguard gravel it's SFAB and I've ruined my chain stay paint on it for the last time.
Fishtank gravel, mudguard gravel, flannel gravel, ncn gravel. That's what you want.
No more shit from a butt gravel, Vietnam gravel, no need for a trowel I'll dig the cat hole with my bare hands gravel and if you don't like the taste of horse manure just keep your mouth closed and don't spoil it for the rest of us gravel.

Don't think I can fit all that into the title :-(

It's the latest thing in downcountry technology
You'd love it

Absolutely! 100% on board with this. I don't want to ride CX,ever, and I have a mountain bike.
So...mudguards on knobblies.

Are these not just winter road bikes with slightly knobbly tyres?

Are these not just hybrid = bikes with slightly drop handlebar?

@Belagerent has my full support, as ever

Did you get stitches as well?

Touring bikes I think they were once called. Light tourer maybe.

- Move the derailleur away from the ground and reduce chance of rock damage
- Separate guide and tension pulley to offer more consistent chain tension
- High pivot for insta points

Exactly. Can't be an off-road bike with fixed guards unless you really don't care about having teeth.

Maybe we need a new category.
-
• #21872
No, we need a merge function to stop this endless spread of 'the same shit' with one slight difference that some nutbag thinks makes a new category of bike.
Burn the witch.

• #21873
Also, mudguards suck.

A damp arse crack sucks more

Is nobody going to ask what's going on with these handlebars?
Hahahahahahahaha
