Get silicone rubber sleeving from somebody like Hilltop

I'm sure I've seen rubber sleeves that go on cables to reduce rubbing at the headtube. What are they called? I know of the spiral ones, but am looking for something more robust. Perhaps heat shrink over a spiral?
