Wanted: beater frame/frameset in Bristol,~56cm

As above, looking for a beater frame or frameset in Bristol around 56cm sized. Ideally semi-sloping dropouts.

I have a nice 1" threaded fork kicking about if you have a fork-less frame you're looking to get shot of.

Nice extras but, as this will be a hacky commuter, can obviously work around these:

1. Mudguard mounts
   
2. 28mm tyre clearance
   
3. Not absolutely shagged

Actually 58 square - no fork - 531 nice blue paintjob - 50 quid.

Reviving this thread as I’ve once again got the desire to build up a lockable commuter.

I’ve got an old Mercian, not really interested in splitting it. But it might fit the bill?

Got a Geoffrey Butler 57cm frame that's spare atm. Doesn't have mudguard mounts but 28s fit. 531 tubing, columbus forks, couple of small dents on the top tube. £40

Provisionally still interested in that G Butlet frame, but ideally after something with mudguard eyelets. Anything out there?

@Mucker: your Mercian is lovely but I'm hoping to use up some parts with this build – the last thing I need is more! :)
