Bought a smart forfour recently and took it back after 1 day as the engine light came (plus it was a bit shit) dealer gave me my money back, no question asked, well they did ask but I just said I didn't want it anymore.
If you change your mind before you collect it they'll just take your deposit innit. Tbf I haven't been paying attention to your plight.
