I did have a Leatherman Free T4... I thought buying a luminous green colour would prevent my losing it, I was wrong. I liked it, but as a screwdriver it suffered from not being centred.
I can recommend the Leatherman Skeletool CX. It's a tidy little thing with everything you've listed. Ive got the one with a partial carbon body, it looks good but i doubt it makes much actual difference in function.
That sounds like the CX I have - I think the carbon fibre bit is meant as a weight saver rather than anything else. BTW I managed to do this to mine, whilst attempting to cut through a Halfords £2.50 cable lock. Replaced immediately under warranty by Snow & Rock, from whom I'd bought it.
