Is this actually "brand new deadstock"? As in never built up? Looks like its at least had a rear wheel bolted up and obviously seatpost. Chip on BB shell from fitting/removing BB?

Purchased this year from a bikeshop in Czech, will provide receipt, stamped warranty card with it, extra headset(low profile one) and a carbon seatpost.
