at a glance and weather seems to work ok on my 3.
I've not tried screenshots.
one thing I'm not liking is that the home control shortcuts have moved from the power button, I used that quite a lot.

If anyone else was having the at a glance not showing weather issue I found a fix that worked on my 4a.

Settings >> privacy >> personalise using app data (ON).

I assume Google are now gouging my data profile even more than they already were....
