+1 for Juin Tech. Got some and love them. However, I feel like Klampers would suit this frame way better.
A similar concern about the GRX group. It's very functional but looks too modern? Unfortunately, new derrailleuers all look a bit spaceshipey in my opinion so there isn't much to do here but a different crankset and maybe even shifters would suit this better.
Just my two cents though. Do what feels right to you.
