Dan James 2018 - 35k ex vat for the conversion + 3K ex vat to replace roof tiles which needed doing anyway. Doesn't include bathroom suite, tiling, decoration, light fittings all extra.
Total cost (including furniture) ended up just short of 64k inc VAT

Yes @chrisbmx116 mine was very similar. Including about £4k on party wall and building control. Came to about £62k all-in.
