Not sure that saddle height to bars is where the customer likes it but to go lower I need a different stem, this one is as deep as it can go.

I tried a pair of the plastic ones last winter and couldn't get on with them. They seemed to have a big patch in the middle where my foot contacted the pedal but there were no pins. Do you still find this on these?

It's a quill stem, I guess I could, how neat does it need to be.....

Its relatively easy. Cut at 45 degrees, smooth off the edges with a file and you're good to go.

Chucked on the RD, chain and brake cables.
Rear derailleur seems to clip the 46t cog with the cable stop.
How do I get round this? Wolf tooth link?
