I strongly believe it is but whether he rode with that Gruppo on I have no idea. The photo is from Julian Saarf's webpage taken when he visited the Colnago factory 3 or 4 years back. Here's another from the same page.
The blue Super next to it is Freddy Maertens race bike

Is that his actual race bike? If so, I never knew the 50th gruppo was used on professional bikes.
