Finally got a cover. On a side note, the seat post is slipping a bit, which is annoying.

Ha! I haven't felt the need to measure the range of my rear suspension yet.

There is a reason they are called ReTern Bicycles

I'm enjoying this bike a lot more than I thought I would. Only a month in but lots of miles and a fair bit of abuse. Bar a snapped chain at a quicklink can't fault it.
Trying to find a wedgie bag or similar. Any ideas?

I've been contemplating a mirror but it would need to stick out quite far to double up to ward off close passes. Any ideas?

Butting in here, but we’ve found the Hafny mirror that is actually marketed for scooters has been terrific on my wife’s bike, very durable but still able to move out of the way when required.

Hafny polished steel, for durability when the unavoidable eventuality of a cunt driver gets too close

the seat post is slipping a bit, which is annoying.
If you mean the seatpost collar: It's pretty hard to get those tight enough. If you don't need the QR function, I highly recommend replacing it with a standard one. Otherwise a good set of pliers does wonders.
If you mean the seatpost clamp: You can try pulling it apart and applying some fibergrip to the contacting faces, but it's a toss up as to whether or not it will help once it starts slipping.

Thanks for this. Do you know what seatpost clamp diameter the Load 75 needs?
edit: found it - 40mm I think
Next question is where can you buy a decent 40mm dia clamp?

That’s the one. I see mention of an ‘aggressive’ price but no numbers!

The interior of the UA box is a bit stark and hard for bouncing a toddler around in. Someone in the Netherlands makes really nice looking padded inserts, but they do not ship to the UK. I did however convince her to sell me the plans for 30euro (at the promise of not reproducing for money). Now just have to learn how to sew, or find someone local who can make it from the plans.

Have you tried the sewing thread on here?
Alternatively, maybe kirkdale upholstery/kirkdale dry cleaners who do the repairs. -

very cool

I'm going to see what the plans look like (they have to make the plans, hence not minding paying a decent amount - probably 1/4 of the price of the item itself) then see what I can do. I'll start with the local FB group, maybe.

Did you spot this on the UA fb group? Looks sooo comfy haha
What is that? (or am I missing a joke)
