I bought an axle mount and knocked this up for exactly the same reason.
Kind of expensive (~£70 for the aluminium and brackets) but am sure something similar could be done much cheaper.

Bought those softer feet for the kickr and the small amount of extra movement meant the front wheel knocked against the bannister rods. Was annoying enough to do something about it.
