If you have a Spesh saddle with SWAT mounts, there are some 3d printed mounts out there https://www.shapeways.com/product/G97897XDT/exposure-blaze-swat-mount?optionId=145139524&li=marketplace looks like no adustment though - can't gurantee it'll point into drivers faces.

I don't use a Spesh saddle. My missus does but she doesn't ride with aero posts.
I think the aero post adapter will work. Thinking about buying one of these DayBright lights to replace my tired Lezyne's. On audaxes, the missus can run it as she's usually at the back and then I can snatch it and use it for 12hr TTs.
