Not applying for planning permission for something like this takes some ignorance ...
And, what? He claims to employ 40 staff?
He also claimed that he would be ruined financially if he were forced to demolish the structure, which would leave him in financial difficulties and result in redundancies for 40 staff.
Presumably, that's in his accountancy business and not in there?
