Great effort on the weight loss, 10.5kg in two months is incredible! Here's to a continued and steady recovery. We may have already covered the two watches at the same time thing, forget where you landed on that? I couldn't do it with my Garmin 945, just felt too odd having anything on my right hand.
I’ve been wearing the Apple Watch pretty much all day (and all night) every day since getting it, bar a few days on holiday. All my Friday watch shots have been with it on the other wrist…
It’s doing a good job, and has fulfilled expectations for sure. It’s helped me manage the amount of activity/exercise I’m doing so that I’m doing more overall but not overdoing it and triggering a long covid wipeout - I’ve not had a proper crash since the summer.
Combined with some “connected” scales and some fairly major diet changes it’s helped me lose 10.5 kg over the last two months. So even though I don’t particularly enjoy wearing it, it’s here to stay for the foreseeable future.
