Just resanded one room (two to go).
Used an orbital sander as already had one, 24 then 60 then 120 grit. Refinished with Bona primer then two coats of the ‘natural’ one.Floors weren’t too bad before and it wasn’t bad, it took a day. Use a relevant mask and also knee pads!

I'd recommend either the trend stealth or the JSP force 8
I prefer the jsp one as you can close the filters momentarily to check the fit (quite important that it fits properly). Other than that it's much of a muchness
