WTB - 1" ahead fork and Shimano 11 speed shifters

My partner crashed her bike today - a Bob Jackson Audax. The frame seems sound but the forks are destroyed and the right-hand Shimano 5800 is broken. So, looking for:

1. A 1" threadless fork with mudguard eyelets (will measure the steerer length required this evening)
   
2. Either: Shimano 5800 right-hand shifter, or any pair of 11-speed Shimano shifters (R7000 etc.)
