I did try contacting DVLA this morning.
Disaster. They are terrible, or swamped depending on your patience...
3 hours, 72 attempts to ring and speak.
Same with the chat, no ones available.
I did however find my drivers details through a link to dvla on moneysavingforum.
Have to renew by post with a new photo. Gonna take months wooo cost more wooo wooo wooo might not get the flat SUPERWOOOOOOO. (not really their fault the last bit)
