  • I've just sold a Romin evo i found it ok but the nose a little firm on the outer edges and the dimension is way comfier. I also like my arione and prologo scratch although that is a narrow saddle. Without opening a can of worms often things like cutouts and short/dropped noses to relieve pressure can be solved by tilting the saddle forward even a couple of degrees nothing extreme like you see sometimes or raising your bars 5-10mm assuming you've got the height right in the first place. Francis Cades mate has done some really good videos on YouTube about Saddles. I used to get a reoccurring saddle sore that was sorted by a 5 mm drop in height after trying probably 10 different saddles.

    They (used to?) do a gel version, which is the only type I use. Non-gel is too firm for me, as per your experience.
