Best course of the year at #EKCX yesterday. Always very well run, too

If anyone is looking for a pair of shoes, I have a pair of Mavic Crossmax Boa looking for a new home.

Size 9 ( a wider fit than normal mavic shoes and true to size), just a tad too small for me. They've got a few scuffs and marks from the 12-18 months I used them but have been given a good clean with antibacterial stuff to get rid of any mud induced pongs.

The sole is like new and great for running off the bike, included is the spd cleats and the baseball style toe cleats.

what Phil said. East Kent races are definitely worth the travel. Yesterdays course was very good, fast, technical, weather helped make it a little slippery and lots of passing places

Central League course up in Corby yesterday was also a banger- greasy grass with a wooded section fortunately staying dry

I couldn't face the 3 hour round trip after driving up and down to Bolton every other week recently so I raced in Popham, surprisingly tough course made harder by only having mud tyres which picked up everything and then some. Cornering was funny if sketchy
