You can machine an 11 speed hub to fit.
Looks like this user on time trialling forum might be able to help: http://www.timetriallingforum.co.uk/index.php?/topic/131800-11-speed-cassette-conversion-to-fit-on-10-speed-freehub/&page=2
Never used so can't comment on his work.

Thank you for your answer. I'll try to find a place in my town where I can machine out a few millimetres out of my cassette and hopefully someone to help me :D

You can also remove the same amount from the freehub body (instead of having a cassette machined). Can be done at home with a file.

You can use an 11-34 cassette (HG700 ot HG 800) 11 speed cassette on a 10 speed freehub
Hey guys,
Newbie mistake, I bought a 10 speed wheel (Shimano RS80) to build up my bike with a 11 speed shimano groupset but just realized that I cant fit the 11 speed cassette.
I got confused as i'm used to fit 11/10/9 speed cassettes on 11 speed hubs but didnt realize the other way around wouldnt work.
Any known workarounds?
Thank you!!
