Ideally I'd like to match my LG 5K but that seems easier said than done

Lg 5k = 217 ppi
Dell U2415 = 94 ppi

Some more googling and it seems like an old iMac 21.5" in target display mode could work. Seems like a strange workaround. It won't work if I upgrade my MacOS beyond Catalina or get a newer mini...
