It says shimano so you might be able to use a shimano freewheel tool.
alternatively, if you don't want to keep it and buy a tool... on the face theres a couple little dimples, you can undo that by tapping something in the holes, usually it is a left handed thread so undo the opposite way. the large part will then come away with loads of little ball bearings going everywhere. you can then clamp the remains in a vice or get a large adjustable spanner on it and crank the sucker off. it will probably be on there tight. then replace with something else.
