I had this problem with most knee/leg warmers but have got a couple of decent pairs now that stay up really well. I found sizing down helped a lot. I had a pair of small Castelli nano flex that kept falling down, I swapped them for a pair in XS (I have never been an XS in anything in my life) and they stay up perfectly.

+1 to castelli nanoflex, in fact I think you sold me your old small ones :)
+1 to nanoflex arm warmers. The only warmers I've tried which actually stay up on my paltry arms.
I don’t really get on with knee warmers.
Find they are ok for short rides, say commuting, but doesn’t take them too long to start falling down/bunching up.
