You could also try booting in verbose mode to get some more info on what's happening, then Google what it says. Hold down command and v after power on.
From the screenshot you posted, which looks like it's from a verbose boot, there is a process using up a lot of the cpu and it's a network communication thing, or so it seems from this: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.howtogeek.com/364017/what-is-rpcsvchost-and-why-it-running-on-my-mac/amp/ Which could be something to pursue.
