It really is a damning indictment if our broadband infrastructure that 4g is reliably faster now days.

Does your phone have the settings I screenshotted (screenshat?) earlier?

Nope no intelligent WiFi or the option to turn WiFi off automatically if it's slow. I do have the option switched on to connect to WiFi automatically so it will do this when I get home.
