the axiom mudguard runners or the blb mudguard mounting kit should fix the mount issue
a zip tie around the chainstay bridge will sort that bit
four drilled holes (two either side of the guard) and two zip ties (one around each chainstay) should sort that.
But that tyre clearance at the seattube just looks too tight - perhaps you might need to fit a half link to move the wheel back a bit
