Don't think there's any malice on the seller's part here. Seems to be willing to let it go for a decent price and anyone interested could message them to find that out.
They were fairly open in the first line of the ad with condition and uncertainty about the price

Thanks Phil. Yep, also as I said I will likely be posting a price within the coming days based on the input I've had and whether or not it sells to the dibser. Apologies if that's irritating, or too long to wait, but I'm obviously a new user, so I don't really know how anything works.
