Nope – and now it's made its way to 5 o'clock. Here's to hoping it settles back down at 12.

Did the crown broke off or something? I’m a little impress that happen if you’re able to wind it

Looking at alternatives to the OEM Speedmaster bracelet as I've never really been 100% on it. The new Forstner 1450 has caught my eye but also the Mexico Holzer from uncle Seiko. I actually like the idea of a slightly lighter, rattlier bracelet. Anyone have any experience with these?

It's usually just the dial feet snapped off isn't it?
Would be a simple braze to fix just not sure if the dial finish would hold up. -

That is definitely the traditional Speedmaster vibe. The Forstner ones are good and seem quite authentic to the originals. And I like the look of the new president-style one.
I briefly had the flat link one for my FOIS but found that it made the watch a bit too vintage for what I wanted, oddly. It’s a great option though.

Dial dots are a thing too, which I think would be far simpler.

I didn't get out of meetings until 9pm last night so didn't get to have any Sinn fun. Next time.
In other news, my Everest is gaining a few minutes per day so it definitely got magnetised when that charger stuck to it.

It is a 1002 case with the dial out of a 5500 , or some such . Bought it years ago and have worn it to death..

I handle the flat link bracelet also for my speedy but moved it on and went back to straps - 98000024L padded rally strap, with 94521813 deployant.

as you wish :-)
It landed perfectly on the date though… exactly a 60° turn… call it an upgrade, classic pilot style now.
