I bought a keyhole router bit too, to make it easier to hang.
The wall fixing is probably the trickiest part. Has to be secure. Thinking of using flush mount brackets.
Would a cleat mount work, do you reckon?
Certainly less faffy than routing precise holes.
The one I currently have has a metal plate that is screwed into the wall, and the wooden part has a recess behind it, magnetically attaches to the metal plate.
I have something similar and used 3 velcro command strips to fix to tiles. Been up for over a year n hasn't budged. 6 or 7 knives inc. a clever. Solid
