Yep...but given what Apple turned into it doesn't count too much against him

True. And the PowerMac 7100 was horrible. Before (and since Jobs’ return) Apple’s approach to industrial design was 360 degrees and all the way down to the metal. But the 7100 was an underpowered Mac in a PC case.
