You didn’t listen to Rishi. We’re an optimism-fuelled economy now. And we’re very optimistic that the climate will sort itself out without us needing to do anything.

Last tiny shred of hope that we might be able to do something to ameliorate the worst possible climate outcomes evaporated with these announcements. I’m going to become an apocalypse prepper.
