Why selling? Ballpark for an A7 body? I've always been curious about adapting my vintage lenses to a FF mirrorless body but this might be an expensive way of finding out

I have an a7 and a vintage zeiss 50mm with a simple converter. I usually run it with manual shutter speed, auto iso and adjust aperture and focus on the lens. I like it although it's a faff.

Why is it a faff? I'd be coming from cameras like the F1 and GW690 that arent exactly automated
