Sorry wasn't clear, asking the rechromer to straighten it for you as they will have the way of doing it with minimal damage.

Will the postage be cheaper in the EU or if you find one in Poland and get it sent in the EU?

won't be rechroming. will live with the scars. I am not precious about it. the little car has been seeing a lot of action recently and that is what it is for.

Try apply heat to the bumper use a hot air gun to avoid blacking the bumper and gently apply pressure to getting back into shape.
