I want proper mudguards on my carbon road frame. Fuck it.

M5 aluminium ‘rod connectors’ araldite 24hr resin then:

3hr cure then tomorrow it’s sand and paint time!

I'd love an update here after a couple of months to hear if they've held up ok.

I did a test on a carbon spacer before messing with my frame, it took molegrips and considerable force to break the bond. That’s before the putty too. I have faith these will hold mudguards in place indefinitely. Panniers maybe not, but I’m not that ambitious.
