Italy was hit hard first time covid appeared, and doesn't want the army trucks collecting the dead. The Italian government is doing all it can to get the 12 and up vaccinated.
What other way can a government do? especially when party leaders are not being backed by their party. Then the added disinformation from the media

A negative test is accepted in Italy but since tests are not free and it's a hassle, people are now choosing to get vaccinated.
The vaccination mandate in England means carehomes lose even more staff (lack of payrises already means people moving to other roles) so it's a tricky balance...
Now nightclubs in Northern Ireland can reopen and vaccine checks are not mandatory...have to see how that goes.
