Swimming was mentioned earlier, kids can always use some time in the water at this age,
you ll be their raft/motor.
Cheat ,use fins!
Walks, runs possible?
Or just build a parent child tandem for our viewing pleasure.

I miss riding my bike sooo much.
I've never been out for this long before and I just feel shit about it.I am trying to live it out through my daughter and focus on other things, but it is hard. I just wanna go mountain biking ๐
I just stick my trainers on and run. Probably ran 2-3 miles this afternoon while my 3 year old smashed out some brutal hills, gravel paths, some skids, a high-speed downhill wipeout and various improvised routes into the woods!
Edit: wait, did I miss that you canโt ride for some reason and probs therefore canโt run either? Apols if so.
