Which bottom bracket?

Bit of a noob question here but I've only ever had steel frames with threaded bottom brackets. Building up my first carbon frame which has a BB386 bottom bracket. Have a shimano GRX groupset. Which bottom bracket do I need/recommendations. Thanks.

Lolo

Token is a good option, better sealed than the Shimano ones, not too expensive.
